Spicy Sriracha Veggie Stir-Fry

Okay, so I was feeling hungry and wanted something light, fast and filling. I like using up what’s already on hand before taking a trip to the store. I still had some veggies left over from my Ultimate Tomato Veggie Soup I made the other week, so I thought I’d use those up. I had just enough to make a nice little stir-fry for myself. You could use any veggies you want. It’s the spice combination with the sriracha sauce that really makes the dish. Serve it over some brown rice or whole wheat pasta for a complete meal.
