Time for another sweet treat! This time it’s a simple vegan chocolate fudge and who doesn’t love fudge? If you answered “no!” then clearly you are not from this planet! 😉 So for those of you from Earth, this is so simple to whip up and you probably already have the ingredients on hand.
Being vegan I had to think outside the box, so I took to Pinterest and scoured fudge recipes to see what I could come up with according to what I had in my kitchen. I hate extra trips to the store for just one item. It took some time but I think I did it. A vegan fudge that is sure to please all chocoholics! Plus it’s rates pretty okay on my health-o-meter. This sweet treat is super chocolaty and rich. But not so rich that you can’t enjoy two (okay three) pieces! 😉
It only take four ingredients to make this and options for add in’s. Tip: If you do want to add something like chocolate chips (oh, baby that would have been even better!), raisins or shredded coconut, let the fudge thicken a bit before adding anything in otherwise they’ll just settle to the bottom.
